KeymasterHi Melissa,
Welcome to AdmissionsBoards! If you’ve already applied, I’m not sure there is much you can do now except wait to hear back from the school. We know it’s easier said than done, but try to take your mind off the school and enjoy the down time before embarking on the rigorous degree.
Best of luck!

KeymasterWorkers with technical computer skills are in demand. Test the waters. What’s the worst that can happen?

KeymasterHi and welcome to AdmissionsBoards.
I feel bad for you. Reach out to some out-of-state colleges to see how they feel about the completion ratio.
You can always start working in computers with your AA and continue with your bachelor part time paying your way through.
Good luck!

KeymasterHi Sam7000 and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
You may get a better answer if you post this to the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Most US schools will require the TOEFL and likely the GRE. There are a number of different masters degree choices, so I would encourage you to start by identifying the specific program you want to target.
Best of luck!

KeymasterHi Wonderland and welcome to Admissions Boards!
I don’t have the answer to this question, but if you post it in the Ask AdmissionsConsultants section (be sure to click “Reply to Topic” instead of “New Topic”), I’m confident you’ll get the expert answer you need.
Best of luck!

KeymasterHi Dana and welcome to Admissions Boards!
I don’t believe you’re going to be able to waive any of the 4-year medical school curriculum but you are welcome to repost this to the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread in the medical school section for a far more expert opinion. Please be sure to click “Reply to Topic” and not “New Topic”.
Best of luck!

KeymasterHi Tehreem and welcome to Admissions Boards!
I would encourage you to NOT take the MCAT until you are certain you will get a score that you need. (Taking the MCAT multiple times is frowned upon.)
With your GPA, you may need an alternate transcript. For a more expert answer however, I encourage you to post this on the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click Reply to Thread and not New Topic.
Best of luck!

My answer, however, is that you go for it. The grades look fine and what do you have to lose?
Best of luck!

KeymasterHi Julie and welcome to Admissions Boards!
What are the average scores for PhD matriculants at those schools? If you are too far below, I would think it is probably going to be a real struggle. If you want a more expert answer, I recommend reposting this to the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click “Reply to Topic” and not “New Topic.”
Best of luck!

My less expert official says your numbers look good but it may come down to shadowing, extracurriculars, personal statement, interview performance, etc. Every year, we read about applicants with top MCAT scores and GPAs who get rejected.
Best of luck!
