Hi Ilyasaber14 and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
I’m not the college admission guru, but I’d submit the number of recommendations the school suggests in its application form.
Hi maybemedskool and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
Good question. I’m not the expert, but I think that they will want to overlook it if you say and do all the right things. They probably get far more such applicants than they can overlook, so make sure everything you do is researched and executed properly.
You can also post this to the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click “reply to topic” and not “new topic”. If you are prompted for a subject title, you are creating a new topic.
Hi focussed and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
I’m not the expert, but I’ve heard the GPA conversion will show your good grades and Stanford, Medill, etc will know how to properly translate it.
If you come across as too arrogant or too insecure, you’ll be rejected. There are many highly qualifed Indian applicants to these schools.

My take is that you will need to show a strong upwards trend in your grades and you may need some good post bacc work to show you are ready for med school and your withdrawals were flukes that have been overcome.
Hi Jyoti and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
Many of our sponsors do not require the GMAT. (U Phoenix comes to mind.) Just be sure you have good reasons for not wanting to sit for the test and that the schools that don’t require the GMAT will help you achieve your career goals.
Hi Zonda1 and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
I believe that the schools will examine all of your transcripts.
Hi Alex and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!
I’m not an expert because I’ve never served on a law school admissions committee, but you appear to be pretty competitive to me.
