Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I wouldn’t recommend retaking the MCAT unless you are extremely confident you score at least a few points higher. If you have good shadowing, I would think you should have a chance at some of the lower ranked MD schools.

However, if you want a better and more expert opinion, I would recommend you repost this on the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click Reply to Topic and not New Topic.

Best of luck with your applications!

Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

If you are sure you can’t retake the MCAT and score higher, I don’t think you are going to be competitive at MD schools. I’m not sure about the DO schools so I’d recommend you repost the question on the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click “reply to topic” and not “new topic” and sorry I couldn’t be of further help.

    Best of luck!

Hi Reverie and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I would start by ascertaining which classes will transfer to your college.

Hi Acehouri and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I would take the course work before sitting for the MCAT because that will help you improve your score and you need the course work anyway. Contact the school to find out the criteria and take the course work there or some other place to boost the GPA. Then you can take the MCAT more efficiently.

    Best of luck!

Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I would encourage you to contact your local schools directly, explain your predicament and see what they have to offer. There should be some nearby GED programs available if your area is at all populated.

    Best of luck!

Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

The process is virtually identical to that faced by US transfer applicants except you’ll have to show some kind of proof of English language proficiency.

Best of luck with your applications!

Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I think a lot of schools just send out secondaries to whoever requests them. I don’t think they want to spend any time evaluating applicants unless they formally apply. They also know that not all secondaries get returned.

If you want a more expert answer, however, please don’t hesitate to post this in the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread. Be sure to click “Reply to Topic” and not “New Topic”

No. It’s not preposterous at all. It’s your education and your future and if you want to study UK law, that’s your prerogative.

Hi Rhonda and welcome to Admissions Boards!

With higher SAT scores, you should be competitive at a number of good schools in Indiana.

Best of luck with your college applications!
