I am aware of this program, and as interesting as it is, I would rather pursue something Full time.

Nanyang Tech University has interesting rankings of Finance and Accounting departments in their brochure. Pages 6-7 here,

It pretty much confirms my thesis that Hong Kong UST is the top Finance school in Asia.

Still waiting for comments on how it is respected outside of HK/Asia??

In particular the Finance department is one of the best in the world.

in Finance it is, but in other areas such as strategic management CEIBS has better reputation. There is also INSEAD with its campus in Singapore, very good brand name worldwide.

I am interested in applying to ISB for a course specialising in Finance (Portfolio Management). I have 7 years of work experience in the IT field and I am at present working for a client in UK. What are the job chances of someone who wants to shift career from IT to IB since the course is only for a year? Since my present assignment will get over sometime in March, is it possible (if selected!!) for me to have my interview in London (alumni/phone)

    Thanks

    Viv

Hi I am also looking for specialization in portfolio management. I was not aware ISB offers that option? I know of two programs at Hong Kong UST with that focus, M.S. Global Finance and Msc Investment Management, searching for more in Asia but can not find any.

how would ISB compare to Chinese schools in terms of placements outside of Asia?

in particular ISB vs HONG KONG UST and CEIBS?
