    Hello everyone!

The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley has vowed to recruit more diverse MBA classes after its latest class of 291 students contained … wait for it … just six black students. This was down from the … wait for it … ten black students who entered the b-school the previous year. In addition to hiring a director of diversity admissions, the admissions criteria will be changed to “to consider an applicant’s skillset and experience in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,

    David Petersam
