thank you so much for your prompt reply. Its definitely very helpful. In regards to the “Master’s in medical science” program you mentioned, which post bacc schools have such programs and that you would recommend? Also do you think doing a medical science-related master will be beneficial?

Hi Dr. Shelton,

I have two concerning questions if you don’t mind me asking:
#1: If we are having a low cGPA (3.3) for undergraduate degree, how could we possibly do to enhance our overall competivity in getting into med other than obtaining a high MCAT score?

#2: people are all talking about post back. But Is post back program necessary and truly helpful? (Versus doing master). how well do post back program really prepare students for med (in terms of successful admission rate into med school, etc.)
It will be awesome if we can have the statistical date of that
