I’ve been out of school for 5 years, I’m finishing the B.S. in Biology next Spring 2008. My last semester GPA was a 3.7, but my overall GPA is 2.61, but I plan to get it up to 3.03 by the time I graduate. The years that I was out of school I worked in Customer Service, which I think would demonstrate my interpersonal skills. I’ve also volunteered at my local hosptial for a total of 200 hours and will continue to volunteer. I took my MCAT this past spring and recieved a 31. With this MCAT score and my GPA, would I be able to get into some U.S. Medical School when I apply next summer or should I consider a Post-Bac program? There is a good good Post-Bac program in my state that offers actual Medical School courses.
What do you suggest the best route for me would be?
