I’ve heard similar things about the school but haven’t looked into it. If you like the program and it fits your needs, don’t worry about the rankings. Study medicine in the tropics and earn a USA MD! []

I think because med school is so difficult to get into that we don’t care as much about the name. You are right that there seems to be a very large emphasis on school name for undergrad, MBA, and law.

The article says he did surrender his license. I am wondering though, if he had not billed the state for the sex and if he had told her sex with just about any partner would be OK, would it have been OK since it appears it was otherwise consensual?

There is nothing stopping you from applying now, but your chances of getting in are about zero. Get that card and your chances will be greatly improved.

This guy is an osteopath. I don’t follow with how sex will alleviate pelvic pain. I’d think the old bump and grind would exacerbate that. I’d like to hear from the MDs and med school students on this though.
