Hello everyone!
We just blogged that UC Irvine and University of Alabama are the two latest schools to accept the GRE. Furthermore, both schools are accepting the GRE from all applicants and neither mentioned anything about their decisions being limited-time pilot programs.

Late Friday, Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker signed House Bill 252. This new law will allow public research assistants, graduate assistants and teaching assistants to unionize. It goes into effect Jan. 1.

I’m a rising senior and I’m very worried. I have a 3.5 and a 31 on the ACT. I have 4 AP classes and I am taking 3 more this year. I am vice president of the debate club and run cross country. I know I can’t get into Harvard or Stanford, but should I have a good chance at a UC>

Washington University in St. Louis is raising its minimum wage for staff to $15 per hour. In July 2021. On Monday, July 1, the minimum wage will be raised to $12.65. Next July, that rate jumps to $13.80. Graduate school students who work for the university are not covered by this new policy.
