Hello everyone!
The New Yorker has a great article about how African-American doctors are choosing to study medicine in Cuba at E.L.A.M., the Latin American School of Medicine.
Regardless of your race, if you are interested in primary care medicine and interested in practicing medicine in a low-income area, you may want to read the article linked above and consider studying in Cuba. Certainly, graduating debt free can have its advantages!
