    Hello everyone!

WTVM9 is reporting that Savannah Law School is closing effective this May after the spring semester ends and the current 3Ls graduate. The article claims it doesn’t know where the rest of the students will go, but our best guess is they will be welcomed at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School given the common ownership between the schools.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,

    Hello everyone!

Savannah Now reports a student is suing Savannah Law School for closing and leaving her unable to complete her degree. Her fiancee’s job leaves her unable to transfer.

Savannah Law School is offering $2,000 scholarships to any students who transfer to Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Hello everyone!

Savannah Now has a new article explaining how seven plaintiffs have now joined together to file a class-action suit against the law school. The article also includes allegations the school offered scholarships to students who maintained at least a 2.75 GPA and then promptly changed their grading curve from the 2.9 – 3.0 range to 2.7 to put the 2.75 goal out of the range of over half the students.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Hello everyone!

Savannah Law School is now saying it will allow current students to complete their studies at another location in Savannah. New students, however, will not be admitted.

Best of luck with your applications!
