Hello everyone!
Money’s 2017-18 College Rankings is out and it once again looks at college from more of a financial investment perspective. Net cost and graduate salary factor much more highly than selectivity to produce a list that looks significantly different from most other rankings. While Princeton is ranked number one, Baruch College (CUNY) is ranked second and Harvard came in at number 10.
We’re not sure how these rankings would hold up if graduate school was in an applicant’s future, but it’s still an interesting spin on the college rankings and there’s certainly some merit behind the Money rankings algorithm.
Best of luck with your applications!
Sincerely,
