We just blogged about how median MBA salary and MBA hiring projections for 2021 are projected to recover to their pre-pandemic 2020 levels. Furthermore, the MBA salary premium across all business schools, is currently estimated at $3 million. In other words, those employees who hold an MBA are expected to earn $3 million more than those employees whose terminal degree is at the undergraduate level.
