    Hello everyone!

The lawsuit filed by Edward Thomas Kennedy in August against the LSAC, the Association of American Law Schools and at least 24 law schools in addition to other parties including Betsy DeVos has been dismissed. Kennedy argued he was the victim of discrimination when he was rejected from the law schools due to his failure to take the LSAT test.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,

It’s for the best. He wasn’t really cut out for law school anyway.
