Hello everyone!
Just an FYI that students at Georgetown University Law Center have started a petition against the use of Exam4, a software package designed to catch students attempting to cheat on their exams. Their concerns, outlined here, include security, privacy and discrimination.
We believe that Georgetown suspects cheating is a pervasive enough problem that it’s worth implementing this software. Nonetheless, if you have strong feelings against the use of software such as Exam4, you may want to add this to the list of factors you use when finalizing your school selection list.
Best of luck with your applications!
Sincerely,
