    Hello everyone!

Angelo Binno, the legally blind man who unsuccessfully sued the ABA, on the charge the LSAT discriminates against blind students is now suing the LSAC on essentially the same grounds. Shelesha Taylor, another visually impaired law school aspirant, has asked to be added to this lawsuit.

Binno and Taylor both claim, “Title V of the ADA [Americans with Disabilities Act] makes it unlawful for any person to intentionally interfere with an individual in the exercise or enjoyment of any right protected by the ADA.”

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,
