Hello everyone!
We just blogged about gender bias in letters of reference for female MBA applicants. Let’s just say that if we’ve ever written a “Don’t shoot the messenger!” blog, this would clearly be one of them. Nonetheless, it’s a serious issue and we wanted to spread awareness about it. We also wanted to provide this space in case you wished to share any comments, thoughts or suggestions on it.
