Hello everyone!
Law 360 (subscription required to see the full article unfortunately) has a nice summary on the California appeals court decision to allow California to bar the LSAC from flagging the scores of test takers who are given extra time accommodations. The court ruling will allow California to enforce its anti discrimination law.
