I do not believe that attending a course where the only requirement is that you pay translates into something that will “look great on a profile” – even if it is at Harvard. In fact, making it known to an admissions panel that you participated in an MCAT prep course could conceivably hurt you if you do poorly or don’t do exceptionally well on the MCAT (even though many people do attend such courses, they usually don’t inform their admissions committees of that). Is the doctor who suggested that this is a good thing on an admissions committee somewhere or affiliated with a medical school in some way? My recommendation would be to dismiss his/her remarks, save your money, and if you definitely plan to attend a prep course, one in Florida will suffice.
