ParticipantPhysics I didn’t take.
Math IIC, know your trigonometry and a little precalc even, but definitely the trig.
Writing, know the grammar covered in the PSAT.
For all three, I’d recommend going to a local library or bookstore and taking a look at prep books for each one so that you know what material they cover.
Some quick advice points on the Writing SAT II:
1. If you’ve taken any foreign language, you know there’s always subject, verb, and adjective agreement to worry about. DO the exact same for the English language. We mess it up all the time. One tricky one is this, “There are a number of students worried about…” WRONG!!! “Number” is the subject and is singular. The correct sentence is “There is a number of students worried about…” Yeah, odd sounding, but that’s English for you. I try to avoid it entirely.
2. Subject, verb, adjective agreement. Worth mentioning again.
3. Try to keep the same tense and number through the sentence. You don’t have to always do that, but changing tense and number can quickly create grammatical mistakes. Just avoiding that change as much as possible will make things so much easier.
4. Look over rules for commas, colons, semicolons, and dashes.
5. In writing your short essays, spend time planning but not too much. Decide on a thesis and some main support points and a key example or two, but then write.
6. Write in shorter sentences. Long sentences are prone to grammatical mistakes and being hard to read.
7. Don’t use any contractions. Especially don’t use “don’t.” Use “do not.”
8. Finally, a big vocabulary is nice but often misused. Don’t be afraid to speak simply; focus on using the word that seems best for the sentence and meaning. If you use any big words, maybe look back over them to make sure they are the right words.

ParticipantI found a great resource for both the Math IIC and Physics on the collegeboard website. You can link to it below. It should probably answer most of your questions about both of the tests.
