    Hello everyone!

California’s bar exam has long been considered one of the most rigorous in the country. Now, it’s being used to set a minimum standard for accreditation. The ABA accredited schools are exempted from this requirement which has many believing the state is concerned with the quality of legal education being provided by the non ABA accredited schools in the state.

Best of luck on your applications!

Well, this didn’t take very long to occur. The Southern California Institute of Law (lawdegree.com) has filed suit against state bar officials over the new ruling. The school is claiming the new rule could cost it accreditation.

Best of luck on your applications!
