    Hello everyone!

In a case many in law school admissions are closely watching, a federal judge has allowed the Department of Justice to join a case originally filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing that expands the case nationwide.

The lawsuit alleges the Law School Admission Council fails to properly process requests for accommodations and improperly discloses the identities of those who are allowed extra time.

This case has the potential to significantly alter the administration of the LSAT in the not-so-distant future.

Best of luck on your applications!

    Sincerely,
