Returning to Law School after Academic Probation

I attended a T2 school for and was placed on academic probation with a 2.25 G.P.A. before withdrawing. The reason for my withdrawal was concerned with both personal health issues and family obligations. Having had to take numerous leaves of absences also strained my relationship with the administration of the school itself. My question is, under the circumstances and if I start from the beginning with a strong LSAT score, what are my chances of returning to a decent T3 program? Thank you.
