hi moderator, i would like to find out if there is any central body handling international student applications for a fee.especially engineering students,because i know one exists for public health students.second i would like you to assess my chances of getting a good school admission,left school with a low g.p.a 2.5,gre scores 580 verbal,680 quantitave,3.5 creative writing.i have approximately 2 yrs work experience,a good statement of purpose,and can get some good recommendations.
