Whr do i stand??

Hey ,
I have a bachelors in commerce with a GPA of 3.67 and a masters in marketing and finance with a GPA of 2.66. (WES evaluation)
Currently i am studying to appear for my CPA.
I have an entrepreneurial background of 4 yrs setting an outsourcing business and restaurants in India.
I am looking at finding a job in the US.
Could anyone help me as to where i stand with my GPA and my experience??
