    Hi,
I have only taken 2 biol courses going into my senior undergrad year and my MCAT score reflects that (28R: PhysSci, 11; VR, 10; BiolSci, 7). While I’m happy with all segments of my MCAT except for the Biology portion, I wondered if I re-take the MCAT (focusing on biology prep only) and improve the 7, but the other scores fall, will AdComms take the best segments of each sitting? For example, if I score on the 2nd MCAT a 29P: PhysSci, 10; VR, 9; BiolSci, 10, where biol increases but all other segments decrease, will AdComms take the 1st scores of R, 11, 10 and the 2nd MCAT Biol score of 10?

The other question is related to my age. How do you think AdComms will view my being only 16 years old currently, assuming that my LOR’s, personal statement and interviews (if I’m granted them) demonstrate my maturity? I’ve heard conflicting views on this issue.

    Thank you for your time.
