Iam a u.s. citizen, wishing you complete a m.d. program overseas

I read on the main page that the Mexico and the Caribbean m.d. programs are not the best but some of the ones in Europe and Canada are better. What are some of the best m.d. programs in Europe and Canada that except U.S. citizens and do you have any statistics on the number of graduates from those programs getting U.S. residency?
