So I have about a 3.8-3.9 GPA from a top 25 undergraduate university. I want to apply to the MPA in non-profit management at NYU’s Wagner school for the fall of 2011 straight from undergrad. I know they prefer work experience, but I have interned at a law firm, done a quantitative research assistant gig, and will be spending a semester in Washington DC doing another internship.

With my grades and my experience, what are my chances of getting into NYU Wagner? Would it be wise of me to take the GRE even though they say it’s only necessary for people with low GPAs? Thanks for your help!

Note: My major is in public policy with a focus on experimental economics and my minor is in Spanish. Gracias!
