Hello. I am about to start a Master’s in Clinical Psychology program (which will take two years to complete). I am considering going to law school after my Masters is done. My undergraduate GPA is 3.2 in biology with a minor in sociology. However, my sociology GPA is 3.6. I anticipate a GPA of 3.6 and above in my MA program and would aim for an LSAT of 160 and above. What would be my chances of admission to law school? What type of Law schools could I apply too?

Hi RoxanaZ and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I am not an expert so I can’t adequately advise you on school selection but I think your primary concern should be honing in on your focus in your application to law school. You are really going to want to communicate to the admissions committee how your specific path has led to law school and why you have made the decision to go for an additional degree at this point.

    Best of luck!
