Do int students understand classes in American??

Hey guys, I have a question here: I am Italian and I will attend the PhD course at Berkeley from fall 2009. Do u think I will have problems in following lessons in American? []

I went to Sweden for a term last year (this is the link of a video about my studies abroad

and I had no problems, but teachers were Swedish and they spoke English…so it was not as havng a native american speaking…[xx(]

do u have any suggestion to increase my level of comprehension?? any idea?? [:p]
