Admission???

Dear Consultants

I am currently doing MS in Electrical Engg (Communications Engg) from University of Stuttgart Germany. I want to apply to top 20 US graduate schools for Phd in the same field. But I am just stuck with my low GRE verbal score. The rest of my credentials are:

Undergraduate GPA: 3.8/4.0 (NUST Pakistan)
Last 2 years UG GPA: 4.0/4.0
GRE Scores: 770 + 300[] + 5.0
MS GPA: 1.7/1.0 (German system)
5 IEEE International Publications
No funding required by grad schools. Already on scholarship from my UG University
2 years excellant work experience in R & D
TAships of 4 core subjects of Communications Engg.

So please would you tell me what are the chances of my admission. I really don’t want to take GRE again only for verbal because I am already very busy in my masters.
But your suggestions would be helpful
