    Hi,
I have a BCPM=3.92 and AO=3.91, MCAT 28R (B=12, P=10, V=6, W=R). English is a second language for me, and I was out of the country from 5months-5years and 11years-17years. And other than the low verbal, I have a strong application with tons of volunteer and clinical work that exceed 300 hours. Is the R in the writing and my unorthodox situation a good enough reason for a school to overlook my verbal?? Please let me know what my chances are at a good MD school (top 50).

Hi OREO and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!

This would get a better response on the medical school section.
