    Hi all,

I am student from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) in Bsc. in bioengineering and biotech.
I would like to do a JD in the US in a top 15 law school, would like to specialize in IP.

Got a GPA of 5.3/6 and am Vice-President for Europe of an international students’ society (100members in Europe).
It will probably be difficult to take the LSAT for me as there are no such centers in Switzerland, but could be able to get it in Paris….which is 400km away from my home [xx(] …so could you tell me my chances of being admitted to schools like NYU, UPenn etc…?

    Thanks a lot!! [:)]

Hi Swiss and welcome to AdmissionsBoards!

If you persevere, do well on the LSAT and have good applications, I see no reason why a top law school admittance couldn’t be possible.

Don’t you need a LLM. A JD is for US law.
