    Hi-

I am currently at a top master’s school for History and have a 3.7 GPA. As an undergrad however I graduated with a 2.9 GPA. My GRE’s are in the 1300’s and I was wondering if I could get into a top History PhD program? Could they overlook my undergrad GPA? What about possibly doing another master’s at Cambridge or Oxford as a stepping stone? Thanks so much.

    Steve
