Hello, not sure exactly how this works but I’m going to give it a go:

Alright, I am 24 and I graduated from a top tier liberal arts school with a 3.3 GPA. After graduation I worked for a labor union to help get janitors in my area a living wage. Then I took a job running an after school program at my local YMCA, followed by some hardcore time on the Kerry Campaign. Right now I am taking classes at Northeastern in Economics where I have an A average. This fall, I hope to move to Mexico for a few months where I would be working for a Human Rights commission. Assuming I take the GRE’s and do alright (On practice tests I’ve been scoring over 700 verbal, and just below 700 Math), what are my chances of getting into a top notch graduate program? My hopes are high! Should I bring them down a bit or is the fact that Public Policy is not a popular program going to help me a bit? Any advice would be appreciated.
