Med School – direct ‘admission’ from high school?

Dear Conselor, Forum felows:

I understand that some US or Canadian Universities admit student ‘directly’ from high school into Medical school program:
– Student still need to do the ‘pre-med’, but they are ensured a place in the Medical school if they perform well academically to requirements in the ‘pre-med’ years

Could you provide a list of some ‘top’ Medical School programs following the above process?
