Hi…I have a some new information.
I got my freshman enrollment packet, and I wanted to give you elective choices for me. I want to be a lawyer, and go to a nice school, Ivy League, if you may remember. You can tell me the top ones; if I can’t take them this year, I’ll take them later. Just let me know which of these would best suit my area of interest, or help me get into a good school:
-Intro to Art
-Business Principles
-Entrepreneurship
-Marketing
-Personal Finance
-Career and Life Planning
-Nutrition & Wellness
-Parenting
-Resource Management
-Band
-Choir
-Physical Education
-Weightlifting
-Biology
-Earth/Space Science
-Current Events
-Sociology
-Spanish 1
-Technology 1
-Intro to Industrial Tech Materials and Processes
I know the classes I’m requried to take, I just want to know what elective I should take that would give me the best chance of getting into an Ivy League school.
Also, extracurriculars:
-KAYS
-Rachel’s Challenge
-Student Council
-SADD
-Forensics
-FCCLA
-Scholar’s Bowl
-National Honor Society
Same deal with these. Which should I do? Is it better to do as many as possible, or just a select few?
Also, any other tips of what to do starting Day 1 of freshman year to help? What do I need to do for community service (volunteer work)?
Thank you! I really appreciate what you do. You are a lifesaver.
Thanks again,
-Tyler[/green]
