I have read your article pertaining to International medical schools. And was brokenheated by it because I am one who loves to travel and was really looking forward to attending this new school in the Caribbeans namely Xavier Medical School. It is run by US physicians and you’re guaranteed a US residency upon graduation. I have never applied to a US medical school because I love to travel, hate the MCAT (sorry), and I thought that this would be a great opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. Could you please research this new school and tell me what you think. I really do appreciate it! Respectfully yours…
If you love to travel, maybe you should do that instead of pursue something very serious like medicine.
Hmm, are you in anyway affiliated with this supposedly great medical school? You sound too enthusiastic not to be an “admissions officer/salesperson” who earns a commission off each enrollment a la University of Phoenix and many of the foreign med schools.
I would avoid, at all costs, any medical school that “guarantees” acceptance in a residency program after graduation. They are promising something that they can’t possibly deliver.
