Ramin graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in neuroscience. While in college, he did years of research at the UCLA Mass Spectrometry Lab resulting in 2 basic science publications. He went on to UC Irvine College of Medicine and served on that school’s admissions committee. He recently completed his internship, prelim in IM, and is now pursuing his residency in anesthesiology.
