top 10 mba

Sir,
i have undergrad GPA of 4.0 in physics/math and masters in physcis(GPA 3.. i have been working as a software professional for last 7 years and have my own small software company with offices in USA ans ASIA. my question is: i want to extend my education by doing an MBA from a top 10 school but all of them require 2 years full time attendance. is there any way to complete the degree in less time than that? also, what would be a good GMAT score for someoen like me (700+?).
i can go part time where i am but that school is in top 30. my dilemma is: i know i’m capable to get into top 10 but then that takes away 2 yrs from work (loss in income etc).
so, having a tough time justifying heavy investment in education. lastly, what is the nature of merit based scholarships at the top 10 schools (upto what % tuition can be waived?)
