There are several medical schools as well as osteopathic medical schools that offer combined degree programs. Most of them are, however, seven or eight-years long (combined BA/MD). Very few of them are only six-year programs.
Off the top of my head, I know that NYU/NYU Med, CUNY Brooklyn College/SUNY Downstate, RPI/Albany Medical College, BU/BUMC, NYIT/NYCOM, CUNY City College of New York, and I believe Duke/Duke Med all offer combined degree programs.
