    Hello everyone!

Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) announced it will stop using cats immediately to teach students how to insert breathing tubes down babies’ mouths. WUSM now uses mannequins and simulators for the training. According to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, WUSM was the last of the nation’s 198 pediatric medical programs that was still using cats.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,
