    Hello everyone!

Professors from Stanford, University of Chicago and Harvard ranked the nation’s law schools by political ideology. The authors took advantage of a new dataset that links the largest database of political ideology with the largest database of lawyer identities to determine the political leanings of a fairly broad cross section of the nation’s lawyers. These leanings were then, essentially, assigned to the law schools they attended.

The most liberal school graduates were from:
    1. Charlotte School of Law
    2. Northern Illinois University
    3. Howard University School of Law
    4. UC Berkeley School of Law
    5. UC Hastings

The most conservative graduates were from:
    1. Brigham Young University
    2. Ave Maria School of Law
    3. University of Wyoming
    4. University of Mississippi
    5. Samford University (Cumberland)

Best of luck with your applications!
