    Hello everyone!

The ABA announced it will be sending a questionnaire to member schools seeking input on how the proposed modification that was voted down in February of Standard 316 that tightens bar passage rates may influence their accreditation statuses. So clearly, the ABA isn’t content letting the failed proposal rest in peace and could conceivably revive it for a vote in 2018. Additionally, the council meeting that took place late last week in Portland, Oregon raised concerns about the level of transparency in the Employment Summary Reports. We are expecting the school-funded positions to be reclassified next year.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,
