    Hello everyone!

The Financial Times has ranked Stanford Graduate School of Business as the top MBA program for entrepreneurship for the third straight year. If you examine these rankings (see the hyperlink above) and wonder why Babson Olin is ranked third despite having a whopping 52% of graduates start businesses compared to just 36% at Stanford and MIT which rank above it, please understand that most Olin grads are not deriving the majority of their income from their ventures while most of the Stanford and MIT grads are full-time entrepreneurs.

Please note this isn’t meant as a knock on Babson or part-time entrepreneurs but just as a justification for the FT rankings algorithm.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,
