Hello everyone!
Earlier today, Truman State University and AT Still University signed a new “3+4” (3 years of undergraduate education and 4 years of medical school) or Pre-Med/Med Accelerated Track program. Premed students at Truman will now have a 7-year path to completing their medical degree. (ATSU is an osteopathic school that offers the DO degree.) The new program’s stated goal is to help address the shortage of physicians in rural and under served communities. Additionally, this new program will further bolster the pre-professional programs offered at Truman.
Best of luck with your applications!
Sincerely,
