    Hello everyone!

The GMAC reports that 88% of the companies it surveyed plan to hire MBA graduates this year. (By comparison, 80% of surveyed companies last year said they planned to hire MBA graduates.) Additionally, over half of the companies plan to offer higher compensation this year which led to MBA graduate salaries in the US rising to $105,000 from $100,000 the previous year. Finally, while demand, on the surface, appears to be highest in the US, one third of surveyed American companies plan to send their new hires to work for them abroad.

Overall, this is very good news for this year’s graduates and, with demand at its highest level since 2010, likely means increased competition for next year’s applicants.

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,
