    Hello everyone!

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois is introducing a bill called the Foreign Medical School Accountability Fairness Act that would hold the five Caribbean medical schools currently receiving federal funding to the same minimum standards as other schools. Durbin has stated that these schools have “inadequate accountability and oversight” by the Department of Education despite receiving more than $450 million in annual Title IV funding.

If you’re considering a Caribbean school, please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any concerns you would like to discuss. We’re here to help!

Best of luck with your applications!

    Sincerely,

Well there is a reason these schools aren’t allowed to operate on US soil

Those schools sell false hope. They never disclose full placement numbers such as the number of students who started. Only success stories for the lucky few.
