I have a question about my Med School application. I have a pretty good MCAT 35 on the 2nd retake. My UG GPA is 3.0, Science GPA 3.1.I know this is pretty low. Very good EC, LOR, rec letters. what are my chances? I got one IS interview from a small college so far. Hoping to get at least one more.

If I get more interviews, how do I improve my chances for admission in the interview? Yes I need to explain my low GPA.I was very busy with my EC, sports and other activiites and I screwed up my GPA. Do I still have a chance?
    Any help will be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Admissions Boards!

I see that you posted this to the Ask AdmissionsConsultants thread and Dr. Shelton has already replied. He knows far more about admissions than I do so I don’t have anything to add.

Best of luck with your medical school applications!
